Ingredients
- Żubrówka Czarna or Żubrówka Biała
- lemon quarters
- sugar syrup
- sparkling water
- fresh fruit
- mint
- gold glitter
Preparation
In a shaker, mix freshly squeezed lemon juice with sugar syrup. Add ice cubes and Żubrówka Czarna or Żubrówka Biała. Shake well, then pour the mixture into a wine glass filled with ice cubes. Top with sparkling water, stir gently and garnish with fresh fruit, mint and a touch of gold glitter.
