Black Coriander
Ingredients
- 40 ml Żubrówka Czarna or Żubrówka Biała
- 10 ml of peach liqueur
- 20 ml of lemon juice
- 10 ml coriander syrup
- sparkling water
Preparation
Pour all ingredients except sparkling water into a shaker with ice and shake well. Pour the whole mixture into a wine glass filled with ice, using a double sieve. Top up with sparkling water and stir. Garnish with coriander and lemon zest.
